  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
  2. Stir the creamy peanut butter into the melted chocolate until well combined and smooth.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  4. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to set for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into small squares. Enjoy!

Notes
