  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased slow cooker.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker on low heat for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the cake is set and slightly golden.
  5. Turn off the slow cooker and let the cake cool for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove, slice, and serve. Optionally top with fresh fruit or whipped cream.

Notes
