  • 1 cup fruit juice or herbal tea

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of fruit juice or herbal tea, 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin, and your preferred sweetener.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice or herbal tea over low heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and gradually whisk in the gelatin, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
