Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey until well combined.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes to make the mixture easier to handle.
  3. Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter. These can be stored for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or frozen for up to three months.
