Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (or the oven to 350°F).
  2. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
  3. Mix the blended cottage cheese with cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and eggs until fully combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or an air fryer-safe pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake in the air fryer for about 15-18 minutes (or in the oven for 20-25 minutes) until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
