Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs and egg yolks, mixing well until the batter is glossy and thickened.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour until just combined.
  6. Grease small ramekins with butter or non-stick spray and fill them halfway with batter.
  7. Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Let the cakes cool for a minute before inverting onto a plate.
