  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and ranch dressing mix; whisk until blended.
  3. Gently add saltine crackers to the bowl and turn them over to coat evenly.
  4. Let the crackers soak for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the soaked crackers in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes. Can be enjoyed on their own or as a topping for soups.
