Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded, optional)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Optional add-ins: Cooked chicken, sautéed spinach, or broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer gently for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Gradually add in the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy Alfredo sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat using an oven, microwave, or air fryer.
