  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until the onions are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the mixture and gradually stir in the beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
