Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the diced apples, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
