Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans of apple pie filling (about 21 oz. each)
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of your slow cooker or air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
  2. Pour the apple pie filling into the bottom, spreading it evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the dry mixture and gently stir until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the apple pie filling.
  6. If using a slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. For the air fryer, set it to 320°F and cook for about 30-35 minutes.
  7. Once golden brown, let it cool slightly before serving warm.
