Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Grease it with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, stirring until combined. Fold in grated apples.
  5. Cook: Pour batter into slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
