Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lay one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese on one half, add BBQ chicken mixture, and more cheese on top.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, let rest, slice into wedges, and serve with dips like sour cream or guacamole.
