  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the edges are lightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
