Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff Pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 large Onion (caramelized)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles about 4 inches wide.
  4. Press the pastry into each cup of the muffin tin to create small shells.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese, cream cheese, caramelized onion, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  6. Spoon the cheese mixture into the pastry shells, filling them about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
