Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon blue salt
  • 8 oz water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: blue salt, fresh lemons, cayenne pepper (if desired), and water.
  2. Measure 1 teaspoon of blue salt and place it in your container.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the container.
  4. Add 8 oz of room-temperature water to the mixture.
  5. Stir until the salt dissolves completely.
  6. If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper and stir again.
