Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  6. Drop dough balls onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
