  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add cubed sweet potatoes. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sweet potatoes, browned butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mash until smooth.
  4. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
