Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons bubblegum extract
  • Food coloring (pink or blue)
  • Optional toppings: Sprinkles or crushed candies

Instructions

  1. Line the slow cooker with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and set on low. Cook for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.
  4. Stir in the bubblegum extract and food coloring until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared slow cooker. Smooth the top with a spatula and optionally sprinkle with toppings.
  6. Cover and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours to set completely.
  7. Once set, lift out the fudge using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
