Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Slider buns (about 12)
  • Toppings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks in the slow cooker, stirring well to mix with the sauce.
  5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the slider buns and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Serve immediately while warm with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired!

Notes

Use ground turkey or beef for different flavors; gluten-free buns or lettuce wraps are also an option.
