Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup fruit puree (such as raspberry or mango)
  • 1 teaspoon green tea extract
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder over the simmering mixture and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of fruit puree.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of green tea extract and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
