Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Butterfinger bars, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel bits (plus more for drizzling, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger bars and caramel bits, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Drizzle additional caramel over the top if desired.

Notes
