  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Butterfinger bars, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel bits or chopped soft caramel

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger and caramel bits until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a tablespoon, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
