Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until a sandy texture forms. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust evenly.
  5. Toss apple slices with cinnamon and layer them over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Drizzle caramel over the apples.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm or chilled, pairing beautifully with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
