Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl through the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture. Can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
