  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar (brown sugar for deeper taste)
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup caramel chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas well until smooth.
  3. Add softened butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla to the mashed bananas; blend until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  5. Fold in the caramel chips.
  6. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and the center is soft; cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
