  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam fresh broccoli until slightly tender (3-4 minutes) or thaw frozen broccoli.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk until well combined, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Mix broccoli florets with the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1½ – 2 hours, or if using an air fryer, cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
