Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese, any variety
  • 23 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 4 large Tortillas, flour or corn

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting spices for extra flavor.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spoon an equal amount of filling into each, leaving space at the edges.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and place wraps seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Let wraps rest for a minute, then slice diagonally to serve.
  7. Garnish with chopped herbs if desired.
