Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta, dry
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper, then toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before dicing for better browning. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days and reheat gently.
