Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: fresh herbs, salsa, or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mixture. Allow it to melt for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Optionally, crisp the wraps in the skillet for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve with dips and sauces.

Notes

These wraps can be customized with different proteins, cheeses, or veggies. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
