Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (fettuccine works well)
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large bread rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook for approx. 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Remove chicken from pan and slice into bite-sized pieces. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer on low, then gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
  4. Add sliced chicken back to the sauce, along with cooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Toss gently until well coated.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out bread rolls to make bowls. Brush inside with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  6. Place bread bowls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the Chicken Alfredo mixture and garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs.

Notes

Consider using different types of bread for unique flavors. This dish is easily adaptable for various dietary preferences.
