Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 turkey sausage link, sliced
  • 4 small red potatoes, chopped
  • 2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
  • 1–2 cups broccoli florets
  • Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Steakhouse potato seasoning
  • Seasoning salt
  • Garlic & herb seasoning
  • Lemon juice
  • Butter (small pats for each packet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut out large pieces of aluminum foil at least 12 inches long.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and broccoli.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings, then toss to combine.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
  6. Place small pats of butter on top of each packet.
  7. Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal tightly.
  8. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, then carefully open the packets and serve.

Notes

Cut potatoes into small, uniform pieces for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
