Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the caramel candies in the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted.
  3. Stir in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, cover and continue cooking on low for another 20-30 minutes, until all chocolate is melted.
  4. Stir in the mixed nuts and sea salt if using, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Allow to set for about 2 hours at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
  7. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.

Notes

Use good quality chocolate for best flavor. This can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
