Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • (Optional) 1/2 cup brown sugar for added sweetness

Instructions

  1. Grease the insides of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut until evenly mixed.
  4. Place the pre-made pie crust into the greased slow cooker, trimming any excess.
  5. Carefully pour the chocolate-coconut-pecan mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until the filling is set and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the pie cool for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate chips. You can also adjust the sweetness with brown sugar as preferred.
