Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and any optional add-ins.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
