Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 7-8 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter, sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the peanut butter filling over the cooled graham cracker crust and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, then allow to cool slightly until thick but pourable.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the set peanut butter layer and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
