Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add chocolate protein powder and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press it into an even layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out of the pan and slice into squares or rectangles to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
