  • 3 ounces lemon Jell-O powder
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 6 ounces cherry Jell-O powder
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the first layer by mixing lime Jell-O powder with hot water until dissolved. Pour into a baking dish and refrigerate until set.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a stand mixer until fluffy, then set aside.
  3. Melt the marshmallows with pineapple juice over medium heat, stirring until combined. Let cool.

  5. Combine the lemon Jell-O and cooled marshmallow mixtures with cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Cool the mixture for 30-40 minutes, until thickened but pourable.
  7. Add the second layer mixture to the set lime Jell-O in the baking dish and return to the fridge to set.
  8. Prepare the cherry Jell-O layer by dissolving it in hot water and letting it cool.
  9. Pour the cooled cherry Jell-O over the second layer gently and refrigerate until fully set.
  10. Slice and serve the Christmas Ribbon Salad once set. Enjoy!

Notes

Best served chilled. Allow each layer to cool before adding the next to prevent melting.
