Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring often.
  3. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the melted butter, stirring continuously until bubbling and smooth (3-5 minutes).
  4. Combine the pretzels with the hot toffee mix in a large bowl, ensuring even coating.
  5. Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding optional toppings.
  7. Break apart the pretzels if stuck together and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Reheat in the oven to restore crunch.
