Ingredients
Scale
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, lift out using the parchment overhang and allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into bars.
Serve and share these delicious bars with your family and friends!
