Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin or lined cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Prepare the streusel by mixing ½ cup flour, ¼ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup melted butter in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the muffin batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
