Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Sugar or sugar substitute to taste
  • Optional flavoring: Vanilla extract or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to bloom and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the brewed coffee (do not boil) and stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Add sugar or sugar substitute to taste.
  5. Mix in optional flavors if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into shot glasses and let it cool to room temperature.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.

Notes
