Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by placing it into the pie dish according to package instructions or rolling out homemade crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for at least one hour before serving.
