Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. tortellini (cheese or spinach-filled)
  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in a pot of boiling water according to package directions, typically around 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  5. Slice the seared steak and return it to the skillet, then add the cooked tortellini. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with garlic bread or a simple side salad. Adjust spice levels and ingredients as needed for personal preference.
