Ingredients

  • Protein (Chicken, Ground Beef, or Tofu)
  • Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onions, Corn)
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Spices (Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, Pepper)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chosen protein over medium heat until thoroughly cooked (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add diced vegetables to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked protein and sautéed vegetables with cream of mushroom soup and spices in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
