Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
