Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes). Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, about 2 minutes. Adjust the sauce thickness with beef broth or water if necessary.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
