Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 lb bowtie pasta
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan, stirring until melted. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
