Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until mixed.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers on top.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the casserole by adding vegetables or using different proteins. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
