Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces Pasta, any shape
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing until well-coated with the sauce.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another minute on low heat.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute broccoli with other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added versatility.
